Straightforward hotel!
The hotel with incredible rooms, in a good area, close to everything. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. The staff was polite and the setting was great and fantastic.

We were pleased to find clean rooms at this family-friendly hotel. The staff was really helpful in any situation. Also, location was good, within a close distance from a Golden temple.
Don’t have any issues at all.

Celebrating Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience. the staff was incredibly polite, friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, which was especially important since we were far from our families during the holidays. the hotel was spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the toiletries provided in the well, maintained bathrooms. the location was perfect for us , close to key landmarks and easily accessible from the railway station.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was polite and cooperative. As senior citizens, we felt safe and secure, even though we were far from home in an unknown place. The hotel was clean, and we were able to walk around barefoot. The location is perfect; it's very close to the railway station and all the important places. We highly recommend this hotel for its pleasant staff, great facilities, and value for money.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

the location was perfect, we could easily walk to all the major places. the railway station was just a stone's throw away, and the golden temple was nearby too. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. We even got toiletries which were a nice touch. We enjoyed the elevator, which made carrying heavy luggage a breeze. We highly recommend this hotel.
A bit of noise from adjacent rooms, but overall, it was a great stay.

Spending my Christmas holiday was quite nice at this hotel. Two things that I instantly liked about the place were the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom. the staff were very friendly and helpful which was definitely appreciated. The location itself was very convenient as it was just a short walk away from the railway station which meant that it was easy to get to and from. it was in a safe and peaceful area which allowed me to easily explore the city by foot.
Despite the positive aspects of this hotel, there were a few things that could use some improvement. the walls between the rooms were quite thin, so I could hear noises from adjacent rooms which was a bit frustrating.
